A resident of Rhode Island, Allie was honored at the 10th annual Young Women to Watch Awards and named one of Girl Scouts' Leading Women of Distinction. She is a two time TEDxSpeaker, with talks titled “Leading Ladies: Why Representation Matters" and "Daring Daily: The Power of Practicing Courage." She was recently named the "Civilian Service Member of the Year" by the Department of Veterans Affairs and was named a Quality of Life award finalist at Miss America 2016. Allie holds a degree from Syracuse University, two Masters degrees from Brown University and Salve Regina University. She proudly serves in the Army National Guard and currently works as a Public Affairs Officer.

Laura is a certified Climate Reality Leader and recently held a diplomatic pass to the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland. She has organized service and educational missions to Nicaragua, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, as well as multiple statewide projects. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from William Jewell College. Laura lives with her husband and two children in Chicago.

BRITTANY ANN PAYNE

Born and raised in California, Brittany has lived recent years in the beautiful islands of Hawaii and the rolling countryside of Germany. Brittany is a passionate activist for environmentalism. Her service work has taken her to Austria, Colombia, Sri Lanka, the Philippines and Puerto Rico.

Originally from Southern California and raised in Arizona, Ariel has spent many years attending school and beginning her career in Washington, D.C. as a Healthcare Administrator. She gives her time frequently to charitable purposes including military appreciation, allergy awareness, and environmentalism.

Keyace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Florida International University. She is an accomplished member of the US Air Force, currently working as a Financial Management Journeyman. She previously served as Elite Miss Earth USA 2018.

LAURA ASHLEY CLIFF
Wellness Coordinator
Laura Cliff, MHC, MA is a trauma-informed clinician, mental health educator, and public speaker, with a special interest in healing attachments, relational trauma, grief, ADHD, and issues specific to the LGTBQ community. She is passionate about educating her clients and community on mental health topics, explaining how trauma and deep core wounds impact our daily lives, eating disorders and suicide prevention, and skills to assist with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Laura is a graduate of Salve Regina University with a Master of Arts in Holistic Clinical Mental health counseling. Laura is the author of the Still She Rose initiative launched in May 2022 by the B4ACUSA Foundation.

MARISA PAIGE BUTLER
Volunteer Coordinator
Marisa joins the B4AC USA leadership team after serving as the organization's national ambassador. Marisa oversees the partnership with We Clean Trails and other volunteer efforts. Currently residing in San Diego, she is a graduate of Stonehill College holding a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business. She represented the United States at Miss World in 2018 and Miss Earth in 2021, earning the title of Miss Earth Air. Marisa launched We Clean Trails in 2020 and has the goal to expand the initiative to other state and local chapters. She also recently released her first children's environmental book Milo Saves the Earth, available for purchase on Amazon.
